Aria had undertaken the responsibility of evaluating documents in Tehran Office and then attended at workshop (refinery) for the supervision of construction operation and installation.
Project management services for gas fluids of Bandar Abbas Refinery (Persian Gulf Star Oil).
Executive Project consultation by participation of Bamdad Badakhsahn Company. The project includes three subprojects for refinery, watering from sea and transmission feed pipelines. At refinery, the role of consultation and workshop supervision was under the shoulder of engineering and evaluation of documents in Tehran and Milan were due to consultant and regarding two other subprojects, the selection of contractor and workshop and the rest on the execution of operation were assumed as the responsibility of consultant.

EPC1 Project(South Pars, phase 12)
Phase 12 of south pars is divided into three sections namely 1, 2 and 3. NASR Consortium (Navroud, Aria Pishrow Gharn, Steem, Radira Companies) undertook responsibility of the first part of the phase. This project was submitted as EPC. Aria undertook all engineering services including detailed, procurement and workshop engineering and provides final project documents. The scale of detailed engineering work was amounted to 170,000 persons hourly. It is worth to say that the management of logistics services was performed by Deputy Commercial Department of Aria. Macro management of project is performed by institutes under the title of “Operating Board” where consisting of managing directors of companies of membership, “Strategic Committee” consisting of a senior manager from companies of membership and “Financial Committee” with the presence of financial directors of the companies of membership. The responsibility of financial committee is put under the shoulder of Aria. In this project, Ener Chemi Company and Rahshahr were acting as subcontractors for Aria in order to perform part of non-industrial construction engineering and residential camps. Main part of detailed engineering activities was performed by Shar-e-Danesh Company affiliated to Aria.
